Website Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of jasgunsolutions.com and its content (the "Site") operated by Jasgun Solutions, LLC ("Jasgun," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Website Purpose
    The Site provides general information about Jasgun’s drone, inspection, mapping, documentation, media, consulting, and training services. Site content is informational only and is not engineering, surveying, legal, insurance, or other professional advice. No service relationship is created merely by visiting the Site or submitting an inquiry.

  2. Service Engagements
    Specific services are governed by a separate written proposal, quote, statement of work, or agreement accepted by Jasgun and the client. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed service agreement controls. Availability, scope, deliverables, schedule, pricing, and operational requirements may vary by project. Drone and field operations remain subject to applicable law, airspace authorization, site access, safety conditions, weather, equipment availability, and professional judgment.

  3. Estimates and Inquiries
    Information submitted through the Site must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any website estimate, discussion, or preliminary response is nonbinding until confirmed in a written agreement. Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, regulated, or highly sensitive information through the general contact form.

  4. Acceptable Use
    You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with Site security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content at scale; misrepresent your identity; or use Site content in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.

  5. Intellectual Property
    The Site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, branding, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to Jasgun and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Jasgun Solutions, Famous Quality, and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission. Limited personal viewing of the Site does not transfer any ownership rights.

  6. Third-Party Services and Links
    The Site may use or link to third-party platforms, including Wix and social-media services. Jasgun does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranties
    THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JASGUN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

  8. Limitation of Liability
    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JASGUN AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

  9. Indemnification
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jasgun and its owners, personnel, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

  10. Privacy
    Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through or collected by the Site is handled and is incorporated into these Terms.

  11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to use of the Site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  12. Changes and Severability
    We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the last-updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
